Documentation we handle.
Everything below is processed in-house rather than passed to a sub-agent, which is why we can tell you where a file is on any given day.
Passport & identity verification
Validity checked against the deployment window, with renewals started early where needed.
Medical screening
Destination-country medical through the approved panel, with results tracked to clearance.
Document attestation
Trade certificates, experience letters and educational documents attested as the destination requires.
Employment contract
Written terms in a language the worker reads, signed before travel, copy retained by both sides.
Visa stamping
Submission and follow-up handled directly with the embassy or consulate.
Emigration clearance
Registration and insurance completed before departure, as required for lawful deployment.
Ticketing & travel
Flights booked to the agreed mobilisation date, with arrival details shared in advance.
Pre-departure briefing
Role, employer, terms, destination conditions and who to contact after arrival.
