Rihla Global
Worker on scaffolding against an open sky

The company behind the placement.

Who we are, what we will and won't do, and who is accountable when something goes wrong.

We started with one observation.

Employers were receiving workers who could not do the job. Workers were paying agents for jobs that did not exist. Both problems had the same cause — nobody was verifying anything.

Rihla Global was built around fixing that, and the business model follows from it. We trade-test before we submit. We handle medical, documentation and visa in-house rather than passing candidates down a chain of sub-agents. And we take our margin from the employer, never from the worker.

It is a slower way to run an overseas employment business. It is also the only version of it we were willing to build.

Mission

To deliver pre-vetted, high-performance workforce globally — enabling growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Vision

To be a globally recognised leader in workforce and talent solutions, redefining how organisations access, develop, and empower human capital across borders.

Three things we won't do.

We won't charge a worker.

Not for registration, testing, documentation, visa or placement — at any stage, in any amount. Worker-paid recruitment is where debt bondage starts, and it is restricted under Pakistan's emigration rules. If anyone requests money in our name, we want to hear about it.

We won't submit an untested candidate.

Every trade candidate is practically tested before their file reaches a client. A CV is a claim; a trade test is evidence. This is the step most agencies skip when a deadline is tight, and it is the step that decides whether a worker still has a job in month three.

We won't chase headcount for its own sake.

We would rather deliver forty verified workers on the date agreed than a hundred that need replacing. That means we sometimes decline requirements we cannot staff properly, and we say so early rather than late.

Licensed, and answerable to a regulator.

Rihla Global is registered as an Overseas Employment Promoter under the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, part of Pakistan's Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development. Every worker we deploy leaves the country on a Protector of Emigrants clearance, against a written contract, on a demand letter from a verified employer.

That framework exists to protect the worker, and it gives our clients something useful too: a licensed counterparty whose registration can be checked, and a regulator to answer to if we get it wrong.
